A FREE seminar in Wagga later this month will provide some insights into what’s involved in building a home or investing in property.

Five key speakers will share their insights and some top tips on a range of aspects of investing in property.
Richie Robinson from Wagga City Council’s Commercial and Economic Development directorate will provide an economic snapshot of Wagga, while Andrew Toole from Beyond Bank will talk all things finance, including current grants and schemes, parent equity loans and other available loans.
Philip Goldsmith from Creaghe Lisle Solicitors will discuss conveyancing procedures, while Ann Thompson from Bush and Campbell will provide some important advice on protecting your family and assets: the additional issues when purchasing your first home.
Daniel Uden from Bush and Campbell will talk about self-managed super funds and the tax implications of purchasing property.
